HOTEL REGULATIONS
The Hotel Management highly values your cooperation in adhering to these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our guests.
§ 1
- By commencing a stay at the hotel, the Guest acknowledges and accepts the provisions of these regulations.
- Guests renting a room must present a valid photo ID to the reception staff during check-in and settle payment for the planned stay. If the Guest refuses to comply, the receptionist is obligated to deny access to the room.
- Rooms are rented for hotel nights.
- A hotel night lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
- If the Guest does not specify the duration of their stay, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one night, as outlined in point 3.
- Cleaning services are available every 3 days starting from the third night of the stay, upon the Guest's special request. This must be reported to the Hotel Reception.
- Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM (the form of breakfast depends on occupancy levels).
- While using the Wellness Zone, please adhere to its regulations and the staff's instructions. Opening hours:
- Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
For low occupancy periods, the Wellness Zone operates "on request"; please inform the reception one hour in advance if you wish to use it.
Children under 16 years of age may access the Wellness Zone only under the supervision of an adult guardian.
- Pets are accepted in designated rooms only. Reservations with pets must be reported and confirmed in advance with the reception. Please review the Pet Stay Policy before booking.
§ 2
- Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the period initially indicated during check-in must inform the reception by 10:00 AM on the day their booking ends. However, the hotel is not obligated to grant this request and will do so only if possible.
- Remaining in the room or leaving belongings after 11:00 AM is treated as an extension of the stay. If the Guest vacates the room after 11:00 AM, they will be charged for an additional night at the current daily rate.
§ 3
- Guests may not allow others to stay in their room without prior agreement, even if the stay period has not yet expired.
- Visitors not registered at the hotel may stay in the Guest’s room only between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- If unregistered persons remain in the Guest’s room after 10:00 PM, it is considered that the Guest has agreed to have them registered and pay the additional fee for each person according to the extra bed rate listed at reception.
- Failure to use a service ordered by the Guest does not release them from the obligation to pay for it.
§ 4
- Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (except for organized groups with evening attractions such as a DJ or live music).
- During quiet hours, Guests and other users of hotel services must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb the peace of others.
- Guests must treat hotel staff and other Guests respectfully and adhere to appropriate behavior and attire. Staff may refuse service to Guests who behave aggressively or offensively.
- Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by adults at all times during their stay. Legal guardians are responsible for children’s behavior, including any damage caused.
§ 5
- Guests are financially and legally responsible for any damage or destruction caused to hotel property, whether caused by themselves or their visitors.
- Guests must report any damage to the reception immediately upon noticing it.
- For fire safety reasons, the use of personal electrical appliances such as kettles or irons is prohibited unless they are provided by the hotel.
- Smoking, including tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and similar products, is strictly prohibited throughout the premises, including rooms, common areas, the restaurant, conference rooms, and the Kuźnia building. Guests violating this policy may face financial penalties for damages.
- Guests causing biological contamination in a hotel room may be charged a cleaning fee determined by the Hotel Director based on the type and extent of contamination.
§ 6
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to Guests who have previously violated hotel regulations.
- Guests without valid identification cannot be accommodated.
- The hotel may deny accommodation to Guests deemed likely to disturb other Guests’ rest or who appear insolvent.
- In the event of a violation of these regulations, the hotel reserves the right to refuse further services to the offending Guest, who must comply with staff instructions, settle any outstanding charges, pay for damages, and leave the premises.
§ 7
- The hotel provides services consistent with its category and standard. Guests are encouraged to report any concerns to the reception immediately for prompt resolution.
- The hotel ensures:
- Full and unrestricted rest for Guests,
- A safe stay, including the confidentiality of Guest information,
- Professional and courteous service,
- Room cleaning and repairs in the absence of Guests unless otherwise requested,
- Technical efficiency of all services,
- Efforts to address any inconveniences, such as room replacement in case of malfunctions.
§ 8
Upon request, the hotel provides the following free services:
- Information related to the stay and travel,
- Wake-up calls at the specified time,
- Safekeeping of valuables in the reception safe,
- Luggage storage during the Guest’s stay.
§ 9
The hotel’s liability for loss or damage to Guest belongings is regulated by Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. This liability is limited unless items are deposited at the reception. The hotel reserves the right to refuse deposits of cash, valuables, or items of significant value.
§ 10
The hotel is not liable for damage to or theft of vehicles belonging to Guests.
§ 11
Personal items left in the room will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense. If no instructions are received, the hotel will store the items for one month.

Hotel Dworek Wapionka zapewnia bezpieczne i przyjazne warunki pobytu wszystkim gościom, w szczególności dzieciom i młodzieży.W związku z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa w obiekcie wdrożone zostały Standardy Ochrony Małoletnich, których celem jest zapobieganie krzywdzeniu dzieci oraz określenie zasad reagowania w sytuacjach zagrożenia ich dobra.
1. Zasady ogólne
- Małoletni przebywają na terenie hotelu wyłącznie pod opieką osób dorosłych.
- Personel hotelu zobowiązany jest do traktowania dzieci z szacunkiem oraz zachowania profesjonalnych granic.
- Wszelkie niepokojące sytuacje dotyczące bezpieczeństwa dziecka są niezwłocznie analizowane i podejmowane są odpowiednie działania.
2. Procedura meldunkowa
W trosce o bezpieczeństwo dzieci hotel może:
- zweryfikować tożsamość osoby dorosłej dokonującej meldunku,
- poprosić o potwierdzenie relacji z dzieckiem,
- w uzasadnionych przypadkach odmówić realizacji usługi lub powiadomić odpowiednie służby.
3. Reagowanie na zagrożenia
W przypadku powzięcia uzasadnionych wątpliwości co do bezpieczeństwa dziecka personel podejmuje działania zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami oraz przepisami prawa.
4. Osoba odpowiedzialna
Za realizację Standardów Ochrony Małoletnich w Hotelu Dworek Wapionka odpowiada Dyrektor / Manager obiektu.Pełna treść Standardów dostępna jest:
- w recepcji hotelu,
- na wniosek zainteresowanych osób.
Regulamin pobytu z psem
Aby zapewnić komfortowy i bezpieczny pobyt wszystkim naszym gościom, prosimy o zapoznanie się i przestrzeganie poniższego regulaminu dotyczącego pobytu z psem:
1. Ogólne zasady:
1.1. Hotel przyjmuje psy wyłącznie w wybranych pokojach. Rezerwacja pokoju z psem musi być wcześniej zgłoszona i potwierdzona przez recepcję.
1.2. Pies nie może wchodzić do innych pokoi hotelowych poza przydzielonym.
1.3. Maksymalna liczba psów na jeden pokój wynosi 2, chyba że recepcja wyrazi zgodę na więcej.
1.4. Pies musi być na smyczy i pod nadzorem właściciela w każdej chwili na terenie hotelu.
1.5. Pies musi być również w kagańcu na terenie wspólnych przestrzeni hotelu, jeśli jest uznany za rasę o zwiększonym ryzyku.
1.6. Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy przyjęcia psów chorych lub w trakcie leczenia.
2. Zasady pobytu:
2.1. Hotel przyjmuje psy wyłącznie w wybranych pokojach. Przebywanie psa w innych pokojach jest zabronione.
2.2. Psy mogą przebywać na smyczy ze swoimi właścicielami w restauracji Karczma Młyn
2.3. Pies nie może przebywać w strefie wellness
2.4. Psy nie mogą korzystać z łazienek hotelowych do kąpieli lub załatwiania potrzeb fizjologicznych.
.2.5. Hotel posiada prywatną plażę, na której pies może przebywać tylko w części, na której znajduje się kostka brukowa. Kąpiele oraz załatwianie potrzeb fizjologicznych są zabronione. Sprzątanie po psie na terenie hotelu i w jego obrębie jest obowiązkowe.
2.6. Prosimy o zabranie ze sobą książeczki zdrowia psa z aktualnymi szczepieniami i potwierdzeniem odrobaczania w celu okazania w recepcji.
3.Poruszanie się i przebywanie psa w pokoju:
3.1. W trakcie pobytu w pokoju z psem, uprzejmie prosimy o wywieszenie na klamce zawieszki informującej, że w pokoju znajduje się zwierzę. Dzięki temu nasza obsługa – Panie Pokojowe czy Kelnerzy z zamówieniem zachowają szczególną ostrożność, by przez przypadek nie wypuścić czworonoga wchodząc do pokoju.
3.2. Dla bezpieczeństwa psa i gości, pies nie może być pozostawiony na balkonie lub w przestrzeniach, gdzie może wystawić się na niebezpieczeństwo.
3.3. Dla Państwa komfortu, pokój będzie posprzątany wtedy, gdy zostanie zgłoszona preferowana godzina na recepcji hotelowej.3.4. Psy nie mogą przebywać na łóżkach, sofach oraz fotelach.
3.5. Zakaz używania ręczników i bielizny hotelowej przez psy.
3.6. Zostawiając psa samego w pokoju, poinformuj o tym recepcję hotelu.
3.7. Pies nie może pozostawać sam w pokoju dłużej niż 1 godzinę.
4. Odpowiedzialność właściciela:
4.1. Właściciel ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody wyrządzone przez psa, zarówno w pokoju, jak i na terenie całego hotelu.
4.2. Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do obciążenia rachunku gościa współmiernie do ewentualnych szkód.
4.3. Właściciel czworonoga jest odpowiedzialny za sprzątanie po swoim pupilu w obrębie nieruchomości hotelowej oraz na terenie przyległym.
4.4. Właściciel jest zobowiązany do zapewnienia, że pies nie będzie przeszkadzał innym gościom (np. hałasem, agresywnym zachowaniem).
5. Zakaz pobytu psów ras agresywnych:
5.1. Hotel nie akceptuje pobytów ras psów uznanych za agresywne na podstawie Rozporządzenia Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 28 kwietnia 2003 roku: Pit bull terier, Dog z Majorki, Buldog amerykański, Dog argentyński, Dog kanaryjski, Tosa inu, Rottweiler, Akbash dog, Anatolian karabash, Moskiewski stróżujący, Owczarek kaukaski.
5.2. Hotel nie akceptuje także pobytów psów rasy American Staffordshire Terrier (amstaf).Dodatkowo: Hotel nie akceptuje kotów, jednak w sytuacjach awaryjnych, gdy gość zabierze kota, pobyt będzie możliwy warunkowo. Opłata wynosi 100 zł za dobę.

Yes, the presence of a dog must be reported during the reservation process and confirmed by the reception.
Can I bring more than one dog to the room?
Yes, you can bring up to two dogs per room, provided this is communicated in advance.
Can dogs stay in the hotel restaurant?

Do I need to inform the reception if I leave my dog alone in the room?
Yes, please inform the reception if you plan to leave your dog alone in the room. Dogs cannot be left alone for more than 1 hour.
Can I request room cleaning at a specific time?
Yes, you can arrange a preferred time for room cleaning at the hotel reception.
Who is responsible for damages caused by the dog?
The dog owner is fully responsible for any damages caused by the dog. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account for repairs.
What are the rules for protecting the sofa and bed from the dog?
Please protect the sofa or bed with a mat if the dog spends time there to maintain room cleanliness.
What should I do if the dog causes damage to the room or hotel premises?
The dog owner is responsible for any damages. The hotel may charge the guest's account to cover repair costs.
Does the hotel accept other pets, such as cats?
The hotel does not accept cats; however, in emergencies, we may conditionally allow a cat to stay. In such cases, a fee of PLN 100 per night applies.
Are there any dog breeds not accepted at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel does not accept breeds considered aggressive according to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, including Pit Bull Terrier, Majorca Mastiff, American Bulldog, Argentine Dogo, Canary Mastiff, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, Caucasian Shepherd Dog, and American Staffordshire Terrier (AmStaff).
Can I take my dog to the areas surrounding the hotel?
Yes, dogs are allowed in the surrounding areas, but owners must clean up after their pets. Maintaining cleanliness ensures the comfort of all guests.
Fishing Regulations of Dworek Wapionka Hotel
- The fishing pond is available exclusively for Guests of the Dworek Wapionka Hotel.
- Using the fishing pond means accepting these regulations.
- The fishing pond is intended solely for recreational purposes – the catch and release rule applies.
- The fishing pond is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
- Fishing is allowed using float, bottom, and spinning methods.
- The use of live animal baits is prohibited.
- It is strictly forbidden to take caught fish. All fish must be carefully released back into the water immediately after catching.
- For violating the catch and release rule, especially for taking fish, a penalty of 200 PLN for each started kilogram will be imposed.
- The following are prohibited at the fishing pond:
- making noise and scaring the fish,
- lighting fires (except during organized events),
- bathing and swimming,
- leaving trash – please use the available bins.
- Children and minors may use the fishing pond only under the supervision of an adult.
- Users of the fishing pond bear full responsibility for their safety and any damages caused on the fishing pond premises.
- The hotel is not responsible for equipment left unattended.
- Hotel staff have the right to inspect compliance with the regulations and to verify the rights to use the fishing pond.
- Persons violating the rules may be deprived of the right to further use the fishing pond, and in serious cases also asked to leave the premises.
- The penalty for taking fish from the fishing pond is 200 PLN for each started kilogram – the penalty may be applied together with other consequences.
