Intimate conference hotel by the lake

Hotel Dworek Wapionka is located between two lakes, surrounded by forests and greenery. Guests can enjoy comfortable rooms, the atmospheric restaurant Karczma Młyn, and a relaxing Wellness Zone. It is an ideal place conducive to focus, creative work, and relaxation after a day full of meetings. The facility has 34 rooms of varying standards and sizes from 22 m² to 70 m² – single and double rooms, with kitchenettes, terraces, air conditioning, and access to wireless Internet. The hotel can accommodate up to 80 people, depending on the arrangement of guests in the rooms.

Professional conference rooms

At Dworek Wapionka, two fully equipped conference rooms await in the Karczma Młyn building. The Large Młyńska Hall (120 m²) offers a view of Lake Górzno and access to a private beach, while the Small Młyńska Hall (50 m²) is the perfect place for smaller, intimate trainings. Both rooms are air-conditioned, have access to natural light, and are equipped with a projector, sound system, and necessary accessories.

Tasty break in the conference rhythm

During corporate meetings, we serve dishes based on regional products – from light coffee breaks to tasty lunches and festive, rich dinners. Our menu can be tailored to the nature of the event, time of day, and participants' preferences. All in the hospitable interiors of Karczma Młyn – with the unique taste of trout from our own trout farm.

Kuźnia Grill - feast and integration by the lake

After the training session, we invite you to Kuźnia Grill – an atmospheric, glass building on the peninsula of Lake Wapionka. It's the perfect place for evening feasts, bonfires, and team-building meetings in a relaxed atmosphere, for up to 60 people. Here, conversations take place by the fire, to the sounds of music and the aroma of grilled dishes.

Wellness zone - time to relax

After a day full of inspiring discussions, meetings, and mental effort, we invite you to the Wellness Zone. Dry and steam saunas, a jacuzzi with hydromassage, and a relaxation area with natural wooden and stone decor are the perfect way to rejuvenate. Take care of the balance of body and mind.

Conference with a touch of relaxation and fun

After completed trainings and meetings, we invite you to take advantage of a wide range of attractions that will make your stay more enjoyable and promote integration.
Guests can use kayaks, pedal boats, and rowboats free of charge, fish in the private Wapionka lake, go on a bike ride or a Nordic Walking pole walk.
On the property, you will also find: a private beach with deck chairs, a beach volleyball court, badminton, a library, board games, a game room with billiards, table tennis, and an XBOX console.
All of this is available to our Guests at no extra charge, so everyone can combine work with a moment of relaxation surrounded by nature.
